Direct Maryland bridges can be an useful approach for cases of anodontia as a long term provisional restoration, especially when time is needed before an implant could be possibly placed as a permanent solution.

For those cases the flexibility of the fibres together with the strength of a high-filled flowable composite can be applied together with predictable outcome of the Injection Moulding Technique.
