The Matisse challenge: matching live 12 natural teeth

This course addresses the difficulties in achieving perfect shade matches in dental work. Traditionally, this process relies heavily on human judgment and experience, leading to inconsistent outcomes. The course introduces participants to Matisse Software, which utilizes AI to predict the influence of each layer in dental restoration, along with Optishade for precise color data.

Participants learn a step-by-step protocol using Matisse and Optishade, how to analyze natural teeth and understand light dynamics, and new layering approaches for lifelike results. They also learn techniques to control opacity, translucency, and incisal transitions, replicate the Matisse ColorModel, and ensure proper finishing for realistic texture and gloss.

The unique aspect of the course is the hands-on experience of replicating natural teeth of other participants, which enhances learning. Pre-analyzing cases on a large screen and assessing results together, facilitates understanding and learning from both successes and mistakes. The course emphasizes the importance of enamel selection and finishing techniques for optimal results. Overall, it offers valuable knowledge and skills to improve shade matching and dental work quality.

During the course, you will learn:
• A predictable step- by step protocol using Matisse and Optishade
• How to analyze natural teeth and understand the dynamic of light
• A new layering approach for ceramics to achieve lifelike results.
